Cancellation & Data Use Agreement – Leap To Peak

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime Within 14 Days: You can cancel your booking within 14 days from the booking date or receipt of service info.

     

  • Notice Required: Cancellation must be requested at least 7 non-holiday days before the trip or service date.

     

  • Cancellation Fee: 5% of the booking amount or 100₪, whichever is lower.

     

  • Non-Refundable:

     

    • If more than 14 days have passed.

       

    • Or if you booked less than 7 days before the trip.

       

2. Data Usage Policy

By signing up, you agree that we may collect, store, and use your personal data only for travel-related purposes.

  • We collect name, contact info, preferences, and payment details.

     

  • Your info is securely stored as long as needed to arrange your trip.

     

  • Data is only used for your bookings and trip arrangements.

     

  • We don’t sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

     

  • You can view, correct, or request to delete your info anytime.

     

  • You can also withdraw consent, but it might affect the services we can offer you.
